Purchased this on prime day and totally surpassed my expectations. I've been a advocate of it's cheaper rival (bullet), but after it broke down I decided to opt into an american made blender. Anyway, this is my first vitamix, and my wife and I love it. My experience with the explorian has been exceptional, and even better is the vitamix customer support. This has a 3 year warranty for the reconditioned version, and though it's reconditioned, it seems almost like new. If you're looking for a vitamix blender without breaking the wallet too badly, this is a good option.
