I have been taking these for about a month and honestly wasn't sure what to expect or notice any magical, dramatic change when I began.... A month down the road I noticed a few things, and realized the changes are likely due to these cell salts! My nails are thick, strong, and growing extremely fast. I was watching a movie the other night and scratched myself, looked down at my nails, and didn't even realize how long they'd gotten as I had recently trimmed them. They are growing in so nicely that they almost look like acrylic nails! My seasonal allergies have been virtually non existent over the course of the past month. Digestion has really improved, without the side effects of gas or bloating that some laxative type products have...just very regular and easy moving. I have been outdoors a fair amount with my very Scandinavian skin, and burn far less easily than in the past. I have actual tan lines on my feet from my sandals and I never burned them. I used to burn lobster red for days, then sometimes turn to tan...this year, I am just slowly tanning or get slightly pink and it turns to tan within about 24 hours. I will update again if any other changes come to light over the next few months, but these things all slowly crept up on me and I didn't realize anything was different, until I put two and two together. This is what I changed. This is what is causing all of the above benefits!
