I wash my hair once a week & before I wash I put this oil in my hair and rub in circular motions. I leave it on from like 3 hours - all day. My only complaint is I only apply this oil to my scalp all over and when I wash it out it gets into my ends of my hair so I end up having to wash the end. I also use dried rosemary and boil it for 5-10min and let it steep for 30min filter out the rosemary and put it in a spray bottle and spray on my roots once a day. Lasts a week in the fridge.
