Bought this to store birthday cards and other greeting cards. They are sturdy. One was black, the other gray. In one, I labeled each pocket by month. In the other, I labeled the pockets by event. (Engagement, wedding, baby, friendship etc.) The elastic loop will not work if your folder is completely expanded. A simple solution is to loop a rubberband through the elastic loop to extend it. You can even use an elastic pony tail holder to make it look more professional.
