My husband tells me that this is a quick improvement to comfort, for a casual rider, or one who spends a lot of time on the saddle. The narrow, hard ones are for speed or racing, while this seat is cushioned and has lots of springy action to make jolts into soft bounces and to smooth smaller road irregularities. While the feeling may be subjective, it is a big improvement in comfort over the original seat on his bike. He tells me it was easy to install, as the hardware was already attached - just loosen the nuts, remove and replace seat. Thank you very much for reading my review.
