The "Safety Key" was missing from the packaging, which is very disappointing. I requested it from seller via Amazon, no answer/response yet. Without the safety key the treadmill will not operate at all, so I can not review the functionality of the unit at this time. My initial observation is that the unit is much heavier than anticipated, so don't expect to push it so easily under the bed as it is shown in the promotional video. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW WHEN/IF I RECEIVE A SAFETY KEY! UPDATE: I received the safety key and the treadmill works great. It has a very powerful motor. Also, customer service of the company is EXCELLENT, they responded to my Email inquires promptly and positively (in couple of days). I changed my rating to five stars!
