My wife and I are really pleased with this automatic soap dispenser. We had three other soap dispensers, one of which we received from Amazon Vine, and the other two (the same models) were purchased from Amazon. Unfortunately one of them "went bad" and we decided to buy this Hanamichi Soap Dispenser instead of another of the first kind. I'm very glad we bought this one. It is well-made, it works well, t is easy to adjust, and you can see how much soap is left in the unit. It is far better in use than the earlier ones we had obtained. If there were a negative it would be that it uses AAA batteries. If it used AA batteries, the battery life would be much longer. But that's okay - its battery life seems to be just fine with the AAA batteries. It is easy to fill and it is easy to change the batteries. As a matter of fact, ignoring that "negative" I mentioned above, I can find absolutely nothing about which to complain concerning this device.
