Nicely package when arrived and nice touch to have the strap extenders included that I didn't actually need given the size of my chair. This does a good job propping my back up in a new home office work chair I bought and has prevented my slouching so for that alone this product is recommended. The memory foam is stiffer than I expected or perhaps want. While giving good support the sides seem a bit stiffer overall and very slightly nudge my ribs. I'm not sure this will have a long-term comfort effect or enough to deduct a star, but wanted to let people know. Overall generally satisfied although the support is not quite as comfortable as I was hoping for.
