My wife loves this thing. We bought it to clean a rental house that needed a lot of TLC, and the place feels healthy and clean now. More versatile than the (expensive) Shark products and works just as well. The handle is more ergonomic than other steamers with similar accessories (Bissell). Soooo...noticed that a few reviewers have complained about the cloth not able to make contact with the floor, and I'm pretty sure I know the problem: You're not supposed to attach the carpet glider when using the microfiber on hard surfaces. The carpet glider comes attached to the machine, straight out of the box. Pop it off. This should also help anyone who's complained about the velcro having nowhere to attach...it's UNDER the carpet glider!
