Let me start by saying that after reading reviews from multiple cat trees I realized that a lot of them have issues with being stable, or withstanding cats using them daily. This cat tree, is soft and from what I can tell well-built. My cats are a fan of the material and height. The beds are soft and well cushioned. *Pro tip* if you are concerned about the bolts backing out, or loosening over time. Do yourself a favor and apply blue loc-tite to all of the bolts. It helps keep them in place, and is not permanent and can be removed with hand tools.
