I ordered a Coffee Press and the first one had a small defect, I emailed the seller and had a response immediately and within days had a replacement. I used the Coffee Press and it worked great, I can not say how pleased I am, I love it. It makes perfect coffee, (I have used it everyday and not one ground slipped through) it is easy to clean and looks great on my counter or on the table. It was clear the seller wanted me to have a great experience with their company and their product and they succeeded. I recommend buying from this company and I also recommend if you are looking for a French Press this is really a great one.
