I've never seen, much less used, such a perfect blender - and I've owned several. The design is exceptional. And beautiful. And totally easy to use. I got this for one purpose: to make green smoothies that are packed with greens and other good stuff. Not only does it make a better smoother than a friend's $400 machine (really), it also cleans up more easily. And storage is simple, as the footprint is very modest. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with this purchase. Simply an extraordinary machine. AN UPDATE - 1 year, 6 months after purchase: I remain totally pleased with this superbly designed machine. I've made wonderful mayonnaise with it, and regularly make thick smoothies. In contrast to another reviewer, I find it does NOT move on the counter when in use. The reason I return to update my review is that I just had a 35-minute chat with their customer service department, the phone number for which is prominently displayed on their website. They WANT you to call. When I did, I was offered the option of having them call me back so I would not be stuck on hold. Thank you! I got the callback, and we discussed my problem - a rubber seal between the blade assembly and the blender container had disintegrated and the assembly would no longer turn. After they got purchase information (I had not registered my purchase - so they did it for me on the spot - wow!), and product details, they asked for photos of the problem. I had trouble getting decent photos. Nevermind, I was told, we'll just send you a new blender container - arriving in 7-10 days. What can I say? A quality product, without doubt, and a company that truly wants happy customers. They deserve your business. I assure you that you won't be disappointed!
