Not 12" high...but it still works as a dog ramp!
I let the bed wedge sit out for days hoping it would expand, but the highest it will go is 10.75 inches. I ordered 12" high for a reason as I'm using it for a dog ramp to the bed (after adding my own fabric cover). Not worth returning it - I just put some filler along the bottom to bring it up in height, but it's annoying that it's not as advertised. P.S. The dogs love it!!
