These are so lightweight it's a pleasure to wear them! In fact I forget I'm wearing them! I'm a size 10w, had a nursing career that kept me on my feet all the time and subsequently, my feet have spread.These are wide enough to wear with a light ankle sock or nothing at all. Lots of toe room and flat soles but cushiony! Had a hip replacement 6 months ago and post op my step or stride is off a bit. Regular shoes have been a headache! Trying to find something light, with cushion and no height from the heel. These are great on all surfaces and don't tire you. I have the Navy blue and they look great with all my Capri's and jeans.Whatever size you wear these will be true to size for you with room to spare,especially in the width. I am very happy with these and will order another pair in white for summer, then maybe the black for next fall/winter. Don't be afraid to order these if you're a large size shoe wearer, they will be fine.
