This herbal med has given me a lot of relief from my arthritis as advertised. I began getting relief after about 10 days. My hands are still stiff in the morning, but no pain. No knee pain (or stiffness) any longer. My arthritis in the past was pretty painful, especially in the mornings and in cold weather.
