This blanket is just what I was looking for to add another layer to my bed for the cold winter months ahead. I would call it a medium weight blanket and the quality seems to be very good. I'll be able to judge that more effectively after repeated washings. I really like the hearingbone pattern! It's a shame the blanket isn't visible on my bed. So far I'm very satisfied with my purchase!
