So these masks are AMAZING for being able to be in public and not get yelled at for not having a mask on. You can actually breathe through these with no issues. BUT they really don’t offer you protection per se, since there isn’t a filter in them. I’m sure you can secure a filter to the inside but unsure of how that would alter the main fact that you can breathe freely. I got these for the sole purpose of not dying while working out. And I will say doing a cardio sesh in these is amazing! As long as you get the right size for you face, there is really minimal sucking in when you inhale deeply, unlike other masks that literally go straight into your mouth.
