I'm about 5'3 and the pants hit me right at my ankles and come up above my belly button, which is honestly the perfect fit for me. I'm so glad I bought these leggings since they fit PERFECTLY on my body. I ordered a M, which is a size down from my usual leggings (I'm an L in most leggings) and the leggings are still very forgiving because they stretch so much without compromising the shape or fit. They are also super flattering - they hide cellulite, shape me into the pants to perk up the booty and hide the belly, and the cut is just right. They are fully squat-proof for me and they don't slide down or ride up as I move. The leggings are also SUPER soft. While not a direct dupe of Lululemon aligns, they are still super soft. They are honestly one of my favorite leggings right now and I cannot stop wearing them. I wish the pockets were bigger to fit my iPhone 6 with an Otterbox Defender case, but the pockets are useful to hold my keys and other small things. I highly recommend these leggings!
