This is an awesome purchase!! My video shows a 4 lb pork butt roast fully cooked in under an hour. It had a crispy but juicy crusted outside & looked just like a juicy prime rib on the inside (tender too). My kids are also able to use it w/ no fear of stove fires etc. I was worried I wouldn't find an air fryer to be able to cook for a family of 5. However, for size context, it comfortably held 6 leg quarters last night (3 per rack) & only took about 35 min to cook. You'll need to rotate racks halfway through, as it cooks more on the upper rack. No worries, though! It has an automatic beep function to remind you when to rotate. The door also comes off for easier cleaning & it all wipes down pretty quickly. I've got a ton of things I want to try cooking in here!!
