We had the best cat. Never woke anyone up for breakfast, never pushed things off countertops, never went outside the box. Well, he still never goes outside the box. But he wakes me up every morning at 6am for these things. He’ll tear the kitchen inside out to get to them and pushes the whole tin out of the pantry to try to get it open. If you have a nice storage spot - maybe an airtight vault or in-ground safe - you might be able to keep them safe there. I’ll add that he somehow got the vet on his side — she says these are good for him and we shouldn’t worry about feeding them to him (his weight is perfect and always has been). So I’m not sure how I feel about them, but Ozzy gives two paws up.
