I love this lawnmower. I have a large lot for a suburban home, and somewhat hilly out back, but this mower does an excellent job of cutting my grass. I have found if the grass is too thick, one, it speeds up so it won't bog down, and cuts through it just fine, and two, on the thicker grass, the cuttings pile up a little about wheel width apart, so I found the rear grass catcher bag does a pretty decent job of clearing all that up. See picture. I just quickly went back over those rows and it chopped it even further just fine.We still have the Troy-Bilt gas mower, and my wife uses that out front, I use the electric out back, and does, as you would expect, a better job of mulching. We get the job done in 1/2 the time. The batteries also charge up quickly, and having another on hand is a huge plus. I have done the entire yard on the two batteries with a little power to spare. As one customer said, she listens to her mp-3 player while mowing, so I tried it, that was fun. Although the mower does make noise, it isn't very loud, and listening to a player while mowing is an enjoyable experience.
