Update 5/3/2019: Almost a year in and this thing is still going strong. No quality issues thus far and I use it about twice a week. After every use, I toss it in the dishwasher so it’s probably been washed 100 times. Still works great and I’m beyond happy with my purchase. Pick up one of those fine mesh filters to solve the coffee grind sludge problem. Original review: This thing is a game changer for those of us that are used to paying 5-7 dollars for pre-made iced coffee in the grocery store. The downside: it does leave a “sludge” in the bottom of the container. I use coarsely ground coffee beans, but the filter just isn’t enough to keep out the sludge. All in all, it’s not that big of a deal. The stuff that gets through isn’t anything you’ll feel in your mouth as you drink it, but it’s definitely noticable in the bottom of a glass (see pic). Don’t let that very small detail deter you from purchasing though. I’m very glad I bought this. It holds up well in the dish washer too (I’ve ran it through the wash cycle about 5 times so far). I’ll update this review if anything changes or if the product fails in any way.
