Worked for nails
Haven't noticed much improvement with my hair or skin but after only 2 weeks my nails were long and strong. I've been taking them for a month now so I would expect to see some hair improvement. It's not healthier or fuller but it does seem to be growing faster. I'll keep taking them because my nails are amazing.
