When you first get this vest out of the package, the fringe is horribly stuck together and balled up.... DON'T WORRY! the fringe sticks to each other because it has rough edges that grab... I came up with the perfect solution and now the fringe hangs nicely, swings and does NOT tangle! Lotion up your hands and take 3-4 strands at a time and untangle and smooth down the rough edges. This will make the difference in your vest hanging properly and looking much more expensive than it is!!!
