Mostly good
I enjoyed this book, like Lady C's other offerings it was well written. She has a good grasp of the English language without using extraneous words.
What comes through loud and clear is Meghan's plans, machinations, and "take no prisoners" and "it's my way or the highway" attitude in her quest to get her own way. What also comes through sadly is the way Harry is putty in her hands. Whereas many were pretty sure this is how things were it's a bit sad to have it confirmed that Harry is such a puppy dog and one fears for his future.
The author described how Meghan cuts out,"ghosts" friends and relatives who no longer fit her plans for the future or who are no longer useful to her. As I write this review it is interesting to note that just in the last few days she has dumped her previous best friend Jessica Mulroney. M sure is ruthless in her quest for whatever she wants.
There were parts in the book that I felt were unnecessary, eg the somewhat lengthy discussion as to whether the pregnancy was fake and the baby was borne by a surrogate. I think that was a nonsense and added nothing.
Also the book was a bit too long, some things described were too lengthy, maybe a required number of words were needed and there was not enough material.
I recommend this book
