I bought 2 of these seats. One of them broke after a couple of months. The folding mechanism got stuck, and it would not fold flat anymore. I contacted the company, and this first time around they send me a pre-paid shipping label for the return, and send me a replacement chair. So, even though I was disappointed that the chair broke so soon, I was happy with the service at that time. Forward just a bit over 1 year, and now both of our seats have issues. The material is ripped on both seats, along the seams of the cushions, and one seat has a broken folding mechanism again. Now, these seats come with a LIFETIME warranty, and yes, the company stands behind that. But the big GOTCHA is, that this time around, I have to pay for the shipping back. Well, these are large boxes, especially the one for the chair that doesn't fold flat anymore. Therefore, the shipping is as much as a new chair. Well played, PICNIC TIME, well played.
