Although this product has been beneficial I'm giving it two stars because half way through the bottle I noticed that the gel caps weren't even full. In fact they were only about 50% full and some of them were less than that. The EXACT same amount should be in every capsule. This was also the case on the Liver Pills but not as much. Some of those were completely full while some were not. This was highly disappointing to discover because I was looking to purchase other products from Ancestral Supplements but now I won't be. These supplements are too expensive for this discrepancy in production. It's really sad that you can't find quality products anymore. Every single company will find a way to cheat their customers and this is just one more example. UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 because not only did Ancestral Supplements give me a refund over my dissatisfaction they immediately sent me replacement bottles on the house and after examining my new bottles I definitely did get a bad batch the first time around. The customer service I received from Michael Rullan was outstanding. I am more than happy to be wrong and quite relieved as well because I won't deny the benefits I've experienced since taking them. Just to name a few: better facial and neck skin, smaller pores, stronger nails, teeth are looking good, less hair loss, less food cravings and more craving control, AND I haven't over eaten since I've been on them. One really great thing is NO MORE chronic fatigue! That's the one thing I have suffered from for as long as I can remember. Even on a good night's sleep I would wake up exhausted and getting through the day was always such a chore. I'm thrilled to say that is no longer the case. Even on a bad night's sleep, I can get up and go about my day without any issues of fatigue or even stress. It's been wonderful. I'm looking forward to trying out some other of their products to see if they can help with some other health issues I've been dealing with as well. All in all, I am one satisfied customer.
