This is one of my favorite miso paste in US.I am from Japan so I'm so picky about miso paste but this miso tastes better than other miso pastes in US.Plus it's cheaper than others and more ammount in a package. I prefer the package comes with plastic container with lid though but I can just move miso paste into my tapper wear... I make miso soup couple times a week. I just boil water and put some my favorite vegis like cabage, poteto,onions etc... after vegis cooked tender,I put tofu or seaweeds and miso paste.I add dashi powder(ajinomoto hondashi) then add chopped green onions. Miso soup is really healthy and feels so warm.It's good start if you eat miso soup for your breakfast!
