I can see how this product would be beneficial to the majority of the population, but after receiving it, I read the pamphlet it came with and it specifically states it should not be used on inflammation. On the areas I used it on (neck, mid/lower back) it burned and left me more inflamed than before. I was very careful not to apply too much pressure because I really wanted it to work. While it felt good in that moment of use, within minutes the burn and pain came. I decided to gift it to my father, and he loves it, though! I'm rating it 4 stars because while it is a good product, it is not intended for those with medical issues.
