I have horrible yeast infections because of Sjogren's Syndrome. It causes dryness in the salivary glands and the eyes, but can affect other places as well. I need everything I can get to avoid infection and showering twice a day isn't exactly something I should do. Using these wipes before bed and before I have to apply medication has helped with this issue very much. I love these things a lot! The one thing I do not like is how when you open the package, it says "hey, girl... You're a VA-genius". I'm not a girl. I'm transgender and happen to need to take care of female parts. Maybe it can say "hey girl... Or whoever, you're a VA-genius". It's enough that I need to take extra care of something I don't particularly like, but it would be better not to be assumed to be a girl. Many people out there have a female body, but not a female brain. Not all girls have vaginas too! I just wanted to make this clear and offer up any suggestions to better the product. Also, it's hard to get or the first couple wipes. Be careful when first opening them.
