I was excited to get my pillows and use them after a day of moving, but when I opened the package I was greeted by a vacuum package of mold. I'd really like to try them out but my first impression was disgusted. Edit: After leaving this review customer service representatives reached out to me and let me know that they had discovered that something was causing the mold and fixed the issue. They sent me out replacement pillows that I've been using for a few nights now. I have to say they are some of the better pillows I have ever used, the pillows are very comfortable but they provide what I feel is just enough support. Falling asleep on these are easy and it's great waking up in the morning without my head feeling like it was resting on a range.
