This was my best Kindle First Read of Last couple years, it is a Nice book. Contrary to my experience with most recent modern fiction, I finished this book, feeling better for having read it. Finally, an author that does not need to sell by gratuitous sex, violence and foul language. The author does a solid job of weaving into the story, several scientifically proven aspects of positively reprogramming one's brain, around a character that benefited from some of the experiential techniques. The author cleanly uses temporal shift (not to excess) and smoothly merges the timelines, so one can follow "chance" encounters.
