So I purchased this steamer over a year and a half ago. I will tell you I use this every single day when I get home from work and clean it as directed. It’s a wonderful steamer. My review however is for the customer service. I had an issue with the steamer. I’m sure it was just a “one off” problem. I checked my paperwork and noticed a 5 year warranty. I called on a Saturday and explained my issue. After a few short questions, a new steamer unit (minus accessories) was enroute to me. I received it in about 5 days, and I’m back to steaming again. Thank you very much for standing behind your product
