My poor dog has so many skin issues. For several years we've been going round and round. I wanted desperately to stay away from steroids but after a severe bout we had to use them for several weeks. I started doing my own research because it seems all medical people want to do is throw risky medication at you . This shampoo works I use it twice a week on him and after a month I have seen an amazing improvement in him. It says to leave it on for ten minutes, but for me it's impossible to keep him wet and standing in the tub that long, but even if I can't follow the directions completely the shampoo is still working. I have bought so many products that said they would work probably spent over a thousand dollars on shampoos and sprays, plus more than a thousand at the vet, and this is the only thing ivefound to work
