Good belt but size chart a little off
I ordered a medium, my waist is approx 30-31 give or take. The belt barely gets to the second hole without me gasping for air. If you plan on ordering one I'd recommend ordering one size bigger than what their charts say. Other than that the belt quality is nice, supports my back like it's supposed to, more helpful for deadlifts than squats. I will be ordering a large 6 inch belt for squats. Nice belt, just be more cautious of the size fitting.
