I bought the Scoot Drone to give to my grandson for Christmas. It worked at first and we all had a blast with it, but the second time around it wouldn't work. I contacted them letting them know how much fun we had but it had stopped working. They were amazing!! They said they were excited to hear we had so much fun and that they wanted my grandson to stay happy. They were going to see what they could do as far as finding another drone to send. Next thing I know, we have a new Scoot Drone on our doorstep. I sent it to my grandson and he has been having fun with it every since. Thank you to those who helped make my grandson's day. I will be ordering again from your company!!
