So...I previously left a poor review rated at 2 stars due to the fact that the mount wouldn't stick to my dash. The reason I purchased it was because I had a friend who had one, it stuck to his dash and I liked that it was simple and clean (not bulky like the others). The magnet piece that adheres to your phone is very slim and clean, but at the same time, is held really well when attaching it to the magnet on the mount. I reached out to their customer service to see what the issue was. I couldn't get the thing to stick AT ALL. Apparently it's the material of my dash and I'm looking to see if I can't find a different adhesive that works. HOWEVER- I do have to say that their support team was very quick to respond with tips and when those didn't work, offered to send me the vent mount of no charge since the original one I purchased will not work. Of course it's disappointing that the dash one wouldn't work (to no fault of theirs- obviously there are a ton of interiors so matching them all is no small task) but I am extremely impressed with TORRAS' customer service, confidence in their product and willingness to make the customer happy. A big thank you to those guys. If you are going to buy a mount, definitely go with TORRAS.
