Sizing for 5'6, 170 pounds
I'm 5'6, 170 pounds, 36B and slightly broad-shouldered. XL was a good fit. Not too big and not too tight. If you want more of a fitted style I'd get a L. XXL was WAAAAAY too big and like dress.
