I bought this to try with my working boots that were brand new yet the sole was coming apart from the leather at the top. The reviews seemed pretty fair so I figured I would give it a try as it is marketed specifically for fixing boots or any shoe for that matter. I stuck the nozzle down in between where the sole was separating from the leather and ran a little bead on the inside to where it stopped separating from the leather. I applied a little pressure and tried to wipe a little of the excess with a damp towel (be careful with this step it can potentially get messy). After holding the pressure for a few moments I lit them sit for a good day or two on the weekend before I used them. Then I took them out for a 15 hour shift on my feet working a city festival to hook up lights and power and they held up perfectly. No separation and still holding good. Glue has my vote, works as advertised!
