I bought this printer when it had 0 reviews and I was kind of worried but it was in my price budget and it looked like a new product. I had been researching the best thermal label printer for a few days prior and this one was new to me. Well I bought it and as I opened it I saw you needed a disk drive well... my laptop doesn’t have a disk drive so I panicked and I gave up and started the return. But I contacted them through email, WhatsApp and asked a question here and was sent the link to download the software(So look in the questions before hand). I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I love it! So easy to install! (This was my first time installing a thermal printer) The tech guy that answered me on WhatsApp was so helpful!
