I love this toaster. When it arrived, I immediately noticed that it's much brighter and more attractive than the Amazon product image. It's quite shiny, so if that's not the look you're going for, you may want to consider a different toaster. I uploaded a photo of it in my kitchen, so you should be able to see it in action in the customer images section. As far as toasting is concerned, I've had no problems. I'm actually a little confused by the other reviewer who said his bread didn't fit and couldn't get fully toasted. I use pretty standard bread (the Whole Foods store brand), and I've never had an issue with toast sticking out of the top. Maybe he's using super-sized bread, who knows. The toaster does a great job with toasting things evenly, which is a big improvement over my last toaster. You may have to play around a little to get the perfect setting for the kind of bread/bagel you use, though, as a thicker piece will most likely need to be toasted longer and at a lower temperature if you want it toasted all the way through. In all, there's really nothing I would change about this toaster. It might be a little cooler with an LED screen, but in terms of functionality and price, I would happily buy this again.
