I have disgusting water. I’m not sure if I would call it sediment, because the black gunk that comes out of all of my faucets is not dry in texture. It is more like some ghost busters slime, only black. It grows on things as well. I have been afraid to take a bath because you’ll be filling the tub, and everything will look fine. Then suddenly, SURPRISE! There’s gunk in the tub, and you just wasted a lot of water. Heaven forbid if you’re already in the tub. I have a sink filter and a shower filter, but I didn’t think tub filters even existed. Out of desperation, I searched for one and got lucky. I stumbled upon this amazing product. I am gunk free! I highly recommend this filter. To answer a few questions: No, it does not overflow and spill unfiltered water into the tub. Yes, it is easy to install. Yes, you will need to use the cone of shame looking attachment that comes with it if you have a standard faucet. I hope you found my review helpful.
