Drink plenty of water with this!
The product is great, tastes really good & definitely feels like it's giving me electrolytes. But don't be mislead by the fact that it says one packet is equivalent to 2-3 bottles of water. You still need to drink lots of water with this, too much electrolytes can cause bloating, same with not drinking enough water.. Everything in moderation! Just make sure to drink plenty of actual water along with this product.
