I wanted a small treadmill to have next to my desk in my office at home so that I can occasionally take a convenient jog without having to stray too far from my work. This treadmill is perfect for that. It's small, simple. There are no bells and whistles. It just allows you to get a run in. And that's just what I need - I don't have space nor do I need for a big dashboard with a huge running surface - I'm a 5' 3" girl who just wants to run near her desk with convenience.
