The first plant I received was not packaged well, was rather small and didn't arrive as quickly as the others plants that I had ordered at the same time. It died immediately. I gave the seller a low rating. Immediately the seller reached out to me, personally oversaw the packaging of a new plant and sent it to me at no additional cost. I was impressed with the quality of service and care for the customer. You don't see that very much these days! The second plant arrived quickly with roots and soil intact and is doing very well! I promised to change my original rating, but I cannot find it. I hope this second review is helpful to others. I have ordered a few plants now from this particular seller and they are all doing very well.
