I have used 5 bottles already. One will be here tomorrow. It keeps me in ketosis. I was on vacation last week and ate vaca style. I did NOT gain an ounce. First time ever. BEWARE, you tinkle will smell like skunk. I have been using R-ALA since 2001. I am a low carber. This one is the best and the best value. If you are a woman trying to lose weight, get some R-ALA. Take 2 before meals. You will get into and stay in ketosis. Use the sticks to test and you will know that I am telling the truth. Bodybuilders have used r-ALA forever to help get back into ketosis after their carb up days. EDIT: I have ordered several times since my original review. I keep one bottle in my office, one in my backpack, one in my gym bag, one at home and always have a couple back ups. I have tried every single R-ALA on the market and THIS is the best. I have no affiliation with the brand and have never received a free product.
