The pre workout that I received does it's job. Although it is not as strong as many other pre workouts in the market, I believe that it is acceptable compared to other brands. The bad thing about this pre workout is that it contains a high amount of caffeine as a way to increase energy and endurance, which I would prefer less. All in all, it was a great deal when I purchased it and Optimum Nutrition is a really great brand well known for their clean whey protein and other fitness supplements. I rely heavily on reviews when purchasing things on the internet and know the importance of writing honest reviews as well to help others in their decisions.
