I am 5' tall, 155 pounds and the 2XL (American 10/12) fit perfectly. I wore this as a dress when we went on our cruise to the western Caribbean. I got tons of compliments. It's very flattering and hides most of my mom qualities. It is great as a swimsuit also. We were in the hot tub or snorkeling off the coast of Belize and Roatan most of the trip. The outer dress is sheer and dries quickly. The under suit is fitted like a jumpsuit.
