I really like this chair. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there were no directions in the box. Luckily, I'm super intelligent (and fairly good looking with a great sense of humor) and was able to figure it out. the only thing that confuses me is that there are 2 levers: one is obviously for raising and lowering, but for the life of me (as intelligent as I am) I can't figure out what the other lever is for. on other chairs, this other lever typically allows you to recline/tilt, but this chair doesn't seem to have that feature (which I don't need anyway) so for now, I call it my "mystery lever" and I pretend that when I pull it, the chair of another person tilts in a parallel universe and a less intelligent version of me falls on floor, with a surprised (and less intelligent) look on their face. I would recommend this chair. I weigh about 260 and stand about 6'4" and it supports my bulk well and is very comfortable, not to mention stylish
