UPDATE #2: Since updating my review I have been in touch with this company and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with their customer service. Changing my rating to 4 stars. UPDATE: I hate to do this but I'm changing my rating to 3 stars instead of 5. I really do like these gloves... they're really soft and work great with my smartphone BUT I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and they aren't as warm as I initially thought. I live in the Northeast where the temperature often goes below zero in the winter. It's not that cold yet but we had a couple of days in the single digits and my hands were cold in these gloves. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone who lives where it gets extremely cold, especially if you're outside for more than 5 minutes. Basic gloves. Soft and warm. I like the grips on the palm side and they really do work with smartphones. Very happy with my purchase.
